I would like to commend the entire process, all of your staff and the time it took for the work to be done. My insurance agent, Steve Beach, explained that this is where I should have the work done. Once my car was delivered to your establishment after the accident, I felt I was in great hands. All of your personnel were professional, caring and informative. I will say the one individual that really assured me the most was Terry Schneider. I talked to him several times as he updated me on the work being done. He then went over the car at the time of pickup and he was very clear and concise. Even though this was an emotional time for myself and my wife, we were always encouraged by Hensons. We couldn't be more pleased and hopefully the personnel that actually did the work will be notified of that fact. Again, thanks for a job well done.

I got the car back Thursday evening a day a head of schedule. The car looks wonderful, both repairs and the “sprucing up” job they did inside and out. Hertz Rentals, next door to Henson and Son, made it very easy to obtain a rental car, which I has from Monday morning until Thursday at 5:00 p.m. You made the whole process simple and stress-free for me. I just wanted to express my appreciation for the fine repair job you preformed on my Sport Track. The results were excellent and exceeded my expectations. The staff was superb, from my repair consultant Paul Scheid who demonstrated his expertise many times, to Master Technician Mario who executed the work and the cheery administrative staff who sent timely updates and always made me feel at home and informed.

The two girls at the front desk are a total delight. Their treatment of customers is wonderful. On a more personal note, they're adorable together, like sisters, and fun to watch work together. It rubs off on the people who come into your shop. Dear Jim,

You and your staff recently repaired collision damage to my BMW 330Ci. You and your staff also reversed my irritated attitude that resulted from my two previous estimate experiences from other repair companies.

Thank you for your professional and friendly front office staff. Gina and Lauren were attentive and amazingly immediately remembered me and my vehicle when I called for updates. How pleasant not to be just a number in someone’s computer! I was also impressed to receive a call from Lauren a couple weeks after the repair confirming that I was satisfied with the results.

John Crumbacher patiently gave me a detailed explanation during the estimate of the work that needed to be completed and procedure of the insurance reimbursement. I appreciate that the repair was completed within the time that John estimated. I also very much appreciate that additional work, at my expense, that I discussed with John was expertly completed at the same time and within the estimated amount. When I picked up the car, it looked as super as when it was new and was clean on the inside as well.

Since the damage was near the rear wheel, I was concerned that after driving a number of miles though some winding and bumpy roads I would hear the rubbing again and am delighted that there is no problem. How great that the repair was not just cosmetic but also functional!

Thank you for this standard of excellence. I will certainly remember you if I unfortunately need collision repair again. I have recommended your company to a co-worker and will also highly recommend your company whenever appropriate.

As a recent customer, I am a little puzzled- Is your high quality front desk staff overqualified for a collision repair business or is their high quality an important part of your success?
My observations: Lauren really loves her job and the customers. How rare and wonderful!
I met Melissa and Lauren when I brought my car in for an estimate. Two days later I had a telcon with Melissa. Seven days later I stopped at the office and one of these ladies greeted me by name.
Wow! How impressive! If businesses could train their staffs in that type of recognition, they would be fortune 500’s.
I was impressed that the staff always offered soda and water to waiting customers.
Melissa is warm and professional. Certainly Management material.
I use oxygen and when I arrived to pick up the finished car, Melissa went through lots of gyrations to be sure the driver’s door was convenient for me.
I think it significant that I am praising you for how well I was treated and not for how well the fender lined up with the bumper if it even does.

Thank you so much for the great service I received at Henson and Son. I do not think I have ever gone to any business and did not have one person that was not outstanding in customer service.
